The Oracle tier is a monthly subscription at $3.33/mo that adds AI-powered interpretations (powered by Anthropic's Claude AI), Memory Core that remembers your reading history, follow-up questions, a divination journal, and PDF export.

The Initiate tier is a legacy plan that was previously available as a one-time purchase. It is no longer sold but remains active for existing holders. Current access tiers are Free and Oracle.

Yes, you can cancel your Oracle subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

For tarot, you select a spread (such as a single card, three-card, or Celtic Cross), focus on your question, and draw your cards. For runes, you cast a set of Elder Futhark runes. Each reading is saved to your history so you can revisit and reflect on it later.

Free users have access to all divination systems and spreads with a daily draw limit of 1 draw per system per day. This resets at midnight. Oracle subscribers get unlimited AI-powered readings.

Chaos Tarot offers several tarot spreads including single card draws, three-card past/present/future readings, and more complex spreads like the Celtic Cross. All spreads are available to all users, including the Free tier.

The Elder Futhark is the oldest form of the runic alphabets, dating back to the 2nd century. It consists of 24 runes, each carrying symbolic meaning. In Chaos Tarot, they're used as a divination tool alongside the tarot deck.

While both are divination systems, tarot uses a 78-card deck with Major and Minor Arcana organized into suits and themes. Runes are 24 individual symbols from the Elder Futhark alphabet, each with its own meaning. Rune castings tend to be more concise and direct, while tarot readings often explore narratives and relationships between cards.

AI interpretations are powered by Anthropic's Claude AI. When you request an AI reading, your selected cards or runes and optional question are sent to the AI to generate a personalized interpretation. No personal identifiers (like your email) are shared with the AI.

Yes, AI-powered interpretations are an Oracle tier feature. Free users receive standard card and rune meanings, while Oracle subscribers get detailed, personalized AI interpretations tailored to their specific question and reading context.

To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at support@chaos-tarot.com. We will process your request within 30 days. Upon deletion, all readings, journal entries, streak data, and personal information will be permanently removed.

You can opt out of non-essential emails (streak reminders, product updates) via the unsubscribe link in any email, from your settings page, or by contacting support@chaos-tarot.com. Essential account emails (such as access code delivery) cannot be opted out of.
